Most software repairs (virus removal, tune-ups, OS fixes) are completed same day. Hardware jobs depend on parts availability; we'll give you an honest estimate upfront and keep you posted.
Yes. All labor is covered by a 60-day warranty. If the same issue comes back within 60 days of your repair, we fix it free. No runaround.
You don't pay. Our No Fix, No Charge policy means if we can't resolve the issue, the diagnostic and labor are on us. Drop-off diagnostics are always free.
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Pay whatever's easiest for you.
Yes. We service both Windows PCs and Macs. Mac hardware repair is billed at $85/hr due to the additional complexity involved.
Absolutely. In-home service is available throughout the Roanoke Valley. Travel is free within 25 miles, and $25 flat for 25–50 miles. A 1-hour minimum applies to all on-site visits.
